- William Paterson University staff presented on their application server from which they extract data from Voyager and other sources to make information available to management AND users in new and different ways. Also implemented several user-centered features and services.
- NJIT presented on their web-based self-service natural language knowledge base reference service. This service uses intelliresponse. The service is used across campus in several departments.
- Rutgers University Libraries staff presented on their nursing information literacy tutorial. Tutorial developed with assistance from Kognito, who added graphics and voice-overs.
- Montclair State University staff presented on thier Humanities Data Grid.
